Ubud, Bali, Indonesia 3 Dec. 2010

Tjaša: "Colour is the main concern in my paintings, exploring the emotional and expressive qualities... "

Maulana Gialal al-Din Rumi, 1207 - 1273, Divan

" Nacque dalla Parola la Forma e mori di nuovo: l'onda si ritrasse di nuovo nel mare. La forma nacque dall'Informe e torno' all'Informe, che' "in verita' a Lui torneremo". Percio' e' in ogni momento una morte e una resurrezione, e giustamente disse il Profetta: "Il mondo e' un istante". Il nostro pensare e' una freccia lanciatta da Lui alta nell'aria: come potra' restare lassu'? Certo tornera' fino a Dio! Ad ogni attimo il mondo si rinnova, e noi siamo ignari del suo rinnovarsi, perche' troppo rapida corre, come la scintilla che tu fai girare rapidissima con la mano. Se abilmente fai girare una torcia, sembrera' un lungo continuo cerchio di fuocco: la dispiegata lunghezza del tempo non e' che la rapidita' dell'atto creatore di Dio, e' prodotto fenomenico della rapidita' del creare!"

Tjaša:

"I view my work as a continuation of the concerns of expressionism.

Colour is the main concern in my paintings, exploring the emotional

and expressive qualities. My colours are used freely and vibrantly.

The paintings vibrate with the contrasts of warm and cold, light and

dark, bright and dull.
I am an avid traveller, and I capture the essence of the places I visit

in vibrant abstracted pictures. Gardens with lush vegetation and

ornaments, busy landscapes with swirling clouds, a coloured square

of Burano island; Through my use of colour and shape I

captivate the viewer with my joyful celebration of life

through my art."

LANDSCAPE PAINTING & CREATIVITY ART WORKSHOPS

Organized and hold by TJAŠA IRIS

In Italy, France & Slovenia.

Please note that the workshops are only opened to patrons of art who want to support the work of Tjaša Iris. By giving a donation – a financial aid to help fund one of the future Tjaša’s art exhibitions and art projects, you will be granted a workshop. Here is a LIST of the exhibitions that you can help fund.

ABOUT:

We live in a society in which the creative ethos is increasingly dominant. The future belongs to a different kind of person with a different kind of mind: artists, inventors, creative "right-brain" thinkers whose abilities mark the fault line between

who gets ahead and who doesn't.

This workshop is going to open your eyes on fine art. It is an educational painting vacation. The beginners will learn how to paint. If you are more advanced Tjaša will work with you so that you develop your own personal painting style. You will learn a lot about painting, other painters. About colour. About visual language. It will make you discover your own creativity. Make you aware of it, and about how for you to use it. It is as well an art appreciation course for those of you who love art and will wish to know more about it. It is also a cultural, art & gourmet tour. You will get to know a lot about the country that you will be visiting. About its painting, architecture & history. It is for you to enjoy their best wines & cuisine. It will be an art class about plein air landscape painting. About pleasurable painting. With highly intellectual approaches to questions about creativity, visual language, analysis of numerous paintings by famous painters... Four hours of painting classes per day and one hour of an evening slide lecture - art appreciation course. It will be about relaxing and learning by having fun. Many art museum & cultural sites visits. In Tuscany you can also join Tjaša on her afternoon trekkings, and more...

FOR WHO THIS WORKSHOP IS GOOD FOR:

- For artists, painters of all levels.

- For art lovers.

- For those of you who are in Education.

- For art collectors and investors.

- For business people, corporative, investors, entrepreneurs, business owners.

J'AIME LA PLUS BELLE DES LUMIERES, CHAUDE, JAUNE, CELLE QUI APPARAIT QUELQUEFOIS L'APRES-MIDI SUR LE MUR D'UNE CHAMBRE FACE AU SUD. C'EST EN ELLE QUE JE VOUDRAIS HABITER, PENDANT DES JOURS, DES MOIS, DES ANNEES. SOUPLE, TIEDE, VIVANTE, DOUCE, JAUNE COMME LA PAILLE, JAUNE COMME LA FLAMME DES ALLUMETTES, ELLE ENTRE PAR LA FENETRE OUVERTE SANS QUE JE SACHE D'OU ELLE VIENT, DE QUELS SABLES, DE QUELS CHAMPS DE MAĎS OU DE BLE MUR. ELLE ENTRE, PAREILLE A UNE CHEVELURE DE FEMME, ELLE SE MET A BOUGER ENTRE LES MURS DE LA CHAMBRE, D'UN MOUVEMENT CONTINU QUI EMPLIT DE BONHEUR, D'UN SEUL LONG MOUVEMENT QUI SE DEPLOIE ET REBONDIT SANS CESSE, LA BELLE LUMIERE CHAUDE, LA LUMIERE D'ETE. JE LA SENS VENIR, ELLE M'ENVELOPPE COMME L'AIR, MAIS SANS RIEN QUI TROUBLE OU ATTOUCHE, ELLE REGARDE CHAQUE PARCELLE DE MA PEAU, ELLE ME BAIGNE ET M'ECLAIRE. AUCUNE LUMIERE NE SAIT FAIRE CELA COMME ELLE. ELLE, ELLE EST VENUE DE TOUS LES POINTS DE L'ESPACE, POUDRE DES SOLEILS ET DES ETOILES, PARFUM DES ASTRES. LUMIERE DU TABAC ET DES GENETS, LUMIERE DU CUIR, LUMIERE DE LA BIERE, LUMIERE DES FLEURS, LUMIERE DE LA PEAU BLONDE ET CLAIRE, ELLE SUPPORTE TOUT CELA AVEC ELLE, COMME UNE RIVIERE QUI COULERAIT SUR ELLE-MEME. ON N'ENTEND PAS SON BRUIT. C'EST A L'INTERIEUR DES OREILLES QU'ELLE MURMURE SON CHANT, C'EST A L'INTERIEUR DU VENTRE QU'ELLE FAIT TOURNER SA RONDE. LUMIERE DE LA PAIX, ET IL N'Y AURA JAMAIS D'AUTRE PAIX, JAMAIS DE BONHEUR PLUS GRAND DANS LE MONDE. LES GUERRES, LES CRIMES, LES MENSONGES, LA FAIM, LA SOIF, LA SOUFFRANCE, TOUT CELA S'EFFACE QUAND CETTE LUMIERE EMPLIT L'ESPACE. C'EST ELLE QUE LES HOMMES VEULENT VOIR.
